Why are gay people so fashionable?

A lot of gay people act this way because they are simply conforming with a stereotype that they have been brought up to belief. It is like saying rich people drive limousines. Since you've been drilled with this piece of fact, you want to buy a limousine when you become rich.

That's a bit of a stereotype. Not all gay people are fashionable just as not all straight people are fashionable. One might conclude that because gay people are more often than not more open minded than straight people that they might use their creativity with their sense of style.
