Almonds are good for you because they are high in nutrients that your body needs. In an ounce of almonds, there is 7% of your daily calcium and 6% of your iron. Almonds are very low in cholestoral and sodium, both of which are not very healthy for you. They also contian nutrients like Riboflaven, Magnesium and Maganese, which your body uses to produce Vitamin E. They are easy for your body to digest and are mildly anti-inflammatory.

Basically, the only bad thing about almonds is that they are high in calories and saturated fat.and almonds oil is best of hair massage.
