Adults that need help learning to read meet volunteers in the library to practice this skill. Students come to work on school papers. Parents bring young children to listen to story hour and bring home books to get excited about learning to read. Other people come to get books or audiobooks for entertainment. Companies send people to the library to get information to develop products or fight lawsuits.
