If your referring to the ex-Cubans, it was because they wanted and had the chance to help the U.S. Plus it got back at the Cuban gov't which had forced them to flee in the first place. This did not end successfully. It was also called the Bay of Pigs. You can look it up here for more references:

Likely the Cuban missile crisis. In short: Following the "bay of pigs operation" the Cubans were not happy with the U.S and very red and was going to be supplied with nukes from the soviets, this would put the U.S in a bad spot so to no ones surpries they did not like it. When the ships that we're going to deliver the nukes departed, the U.S threatened with war and nukes if those boats passed a certain line in the ocean.
feliz cumpleaños
One reason why you may pray to God when you are in crisis and may forget while you are happy is, that while you are in crisis, you are searching for help and answers. When you are happy, you may take it for granted and feel that you do not need to reach out to God.
Geordie McDonald has written: 'Happy Crisis'
NO, there is no missile in the sky. I saw this before. It is the smoke from a jet that we normal seen over the sky and the SUN SHINE on the smoke in the evening sometime red, sometime bright. That is the reflecting from the sun on the smoke- It look like some one shoot a missile but it is not. Do not worry be happy
No, "The Stranger" by Albert Camus does not have a happy ending. The protagonist faces an existential crisis and is executed, leading to a bleak conclusion reflecting themes of isolation and absurdity.
This would be the Tariff of Abominations. Both parties were fighting over it and the people were not happy with the results.
Yes. Having lived in Cuba, most of them are satisfied with what the government has been able to do. It is not the best, though, because of the embargo/sanctions from the U.S. Most of them recognize that, but are glad they have such able leaders to make the best of a bad situation.
Because they didn't expect the Cubans to be ready for the exiles, and they Cuban exiles didn't have any air support. The plan put forward by the CIA was also not right, it failed to consider support for Castro, the strength of Castro's army and many things went wrong for the exiles on the day of invasion.Kennedy can be blamed too for giving the plan the go ahead!
That a man can distinguish between temper and principle and that America will never be happy until it is clear of all foreign dominion.

He had to face the Cuban missile crisis, which stemmed from the cold war. The soviets didn't like the united states at all. Whatever we did, they counteracted that with something else. They were happy to supply anyone who opposed us (the united states) with nuclear weapons. The Cubans now hated us. The united states had tried to overthrow their government during the "Bay of Pigs" invasion. That invasion horribly failed, and they captured more than 1,200 of the 1,500 men sent there by the U.S. The united states had tried to overthrow the government because we didn't agree with it. So, when cuba found out we were attacking them, they asked the soviets to supply them with defensive nuclear weapons. The soviets said "Hey, We'll give you offensive weapons too!". The soviets began importing nuclear missiles, scientists, and many other supplies into cuba. Since Cuba is only 90 miles away from Florida, Kennedy had reason to worry. Spy planes then captured photos of some missiles aimed at the U.S. There were various missiles, but most were on the west side of cuba, which is the closest side to the U.S. Kennedy was freaking out, no one knew what to do, and we were worried about the Cubans possibly blowing us to bits. So we decided to blockade cuba, which is when we do not allow any ships in or out of cuba. We did this by circling cuba from all sides. Cuba was like, "Stop blockading us! you have no right!" then we were like" You're going to blow us to bits!". So after a few tense days, the Cubans decided that if we would end the blockade, they would give us 1,200 of the men left from the Bay of Pigs invasion. We asked that they also send all the missiles back to the soviets. Everyone complied and the Cuban Missile Crisis was over. It was a long, stressful, dangerous 12 days!!
