I do know that Teddy Roosevelt had a toilet in the white house during his yrs of service. Millard Fillmore is credited for having indoor plumbing being put in the white house and for having the first tub. However there is a lot of debate over how many presidents before him had tubs to bathe in.

Andrew Jackson was president when running water was put into the White House. It was primarly for fire protection but was also used for bathing, mostly by the men, since it was not in the living quarters, but down on the first floor.

Running water of a sort was hooked it while Jackson was President around 1833.

It was mostly for fire prevention but they had a way to heat it for showers. Running hot water in the living quarters was installed in 1853 under Pierce.

Central heat with a furnace was put in in 1842 under Tyler.

Filmore had the first cookstove installed .

Running water was introduced into the White House under Andrew Jackson in 1831. It was mostly for fire prevention and came only into the lower levels. However they did have a shower and bathtub. It is not known when they put running water into the living quarters upstairs. There is a story that Millard Fillmore had it installed, but that was a hoax, perpetrated by writer H.L. Mencken. It is recorded that Abraham Lincoln had a bathtub which he did not have back home in Springfield.
