Andrew Gregg Curtin (born April 22, 1817 in Bellefonte, Pennsylvania; died October 7, 1894 in Bellefonte, Pennsylvania) succeeded William F. Packer as the fifteenth Governor of Pennsylvania, serving between January 15, 1861 and January 15, 1867, including the whole of 1866.
