Tell an adult or someone else. If you are an adult, you should probably talk to the person about it, and see if it is just a bad day, or if this has been going on for a long time, or if it is a medical problem, such as depression. If so, you should help your friend set up an appointment with their doctor to get some medicine for their condition, or suggest conseling. If this person who talks about it isn't your friend, you should still tell somebody else, so you aren't the only one who knows. If they did kill themselves, you would probably feel aweful. And dealing with life and death is very overwelming and so you don't need to help this person by yourself. Get help, and get help fast. If they are planning to commit suicide and they tell you, you can report it to the police and they can take care of it so nothing bad happens.

∙ 16y agoCall an ambulance. The should come and pick up the person so they can't hurt themselves and then the hospital should be able to get the person the help they need to combat depression.
