Depends on what you mean by doctors but the current time line for actors who have played the doctor is thus:

1 William Hartnell

2 Patrick Troughton

3 Jon Pertwee

4 Tom Baker

5 Peter Davison

6 Colin Baker

7 Silvester McCoy

8 Paul Mcgann

9 Christopher Eccelston

10 David Tennant

11 Matt Smith

So those are the official doctors but here are some actors who have played the doctor but not actually as cannon to the official story (don't really count)

Peter Cushing played the doctor in the non cannon movies starring the daleks.

Lenny Henry played the doctor in a notable comic relief sketch.

Rowan Atkinson, Richard E Grant, Jim Boyle, Hugh Grant and even eventually Joanna Lumley all take alternating roles in a renowned comic relief parody.
