Well, depending on the type of hurricane, it differs. Hurricane Katrina cost millions of dollars to be able to pay for health insurance, homes, helicopters, space for the people and much more. But, little hurricanes that might only be damaging one house alone could cost hundreds, and maybe all paid by the person who's house had been damaged.
