Pretty much all manufacturers have been used in various buses at some point. Greyhound does not manufacture their own buses. On the Greyhound website, they list four buses which make up the bulk of their fleet:
These are the buses listed as the mainstay of the Greyhound fleet, and doesn't include every single model in use by them.
Greyhound gasoline engines are marketed by Harbor Freight, Inc. I do not know this for a fact but suspect they are manufactured in China as much of Harbor Freight tools are. Many quality items from Harbor Freight, but I have not tested the engines.
Honda makes all their own engines.
