Jesus. The Orthodox Church traces itself right back to the Apostles. The Orthodox Church is known to directly descend from The Apostles who were given the right to preach the Word of God through Jesus Christ.

Jesus Himself has established His Church. Eastern Orthodox tradition preserves this very Church.

The Orthodox Church was founded by Christ in the year 33 AD, on the Day of Pentecost. According to Orthodox Christian beliefs, the Orthodox Church has always existed from the beginning of time (called the Church Triumphant) but the physical church on earth (called the Church Militant) was established in Jerusalem in 33 AD and continues to exist without any changes to its dogmas and beliefs, to this day.
Jesus Christ founded The Orthodox Church.

The Orthodox Church was founded by the apostles of Jesus Christ. Prior to the Great Schism in 1054, which separated the West from the rest of the church, the Orthodox Church was the only Christian church.

I suppose, you could say Christ. The Greek Orthodox Church is in communion with the other Eastern Orthodox Churches, which the Roman Catholic Church broke away from during the Great Schism. It is a continuation of the original New Testament Church...Apostolic Succession and all.

If by 'Greek Orthodox' you mean the Eastern Orthodox Faith (of which Greek Orthodoxy is a part) then it was established in the year 33 AD by Jesus Christ on Pentecost in Jerusalem.

If you are referring to the Church of Greece, then it began in the year 1850. However, Orthodox Christianity existed in Greece since New Testament times (from St Paul's travels to Athens) and for most of its history, Greece came under the jurisdiction of the Ecumenical Patriarchate of Constantinople. In 1850 the Holy Synod in Constantinople declared the Church of Greece to be autocephalous (meaning self-governing).

The name "Greek Orthodox" should not be used to describe the whole Eastern Orthodox Church. People who are Greek and Orthodox belong to the same Orthodox Christian Faith. There is no nationality in the Orthodox Church. It is open to people of all backgrounds, races and cultures.

Yes; Jesus Christ. As Eastern (including Greek) Orthodoxy, along with Catholism to a large degree, is a continuation of the Early Church which is continued to the present day through Apostolic Succession (where the Apostles, who were chosen by Christ to lay the groundwork for the Christian Church, continued to choose others to follow them in their ministry. These people were and are bishops, popes, and patriarchs in the church, and they in turn ordain priests; it is a continuous succession in both the Catholic and Orthodox Churches.), Christ is considered the "founder."

However, if you want to know who ministered to the Greeks and converted the "gentiles" to Christianity, it was the Apostle Paul specifically. Again, though, as Eastern Orthodoxy is the same Church (in a general sense) as that at the time of Christ at Pentecost, Christ Himself is considered the founder of the Church.
