Spin classes are intended for anyone and everyone who wishes to get a calorie-torching workout. My thirteen year old sister and I attend class regularly and there is representation of all age groups and body types present. No two workouts are the same, being that there are numerous tools on the bikes that can be used in different ways. At most gyms there are even bicycles that count how many calories you've burned and how far you've ridden. Overall, I'll admit I was a little hesitant at first when my sister dragged me to spin class, but I quickly learned that it's a fantastic way to spice up my regular workout routine. Plus, it's a great way to challenge myself! I recommend it to anyone.

Really crowded. I just go to Spokes instead cause I reserve my class in advance on my phone. Better studio, only spin, and great bikes.

There are many ways one can find a spin cycle class. One can go to their local fitness center or gym and ask for a timetable. Alternatively, one can ask friends or family for tips.
If you deem appropriate cultivate it.
A spin instructor typically makes $25-30 a class on average. Possibly a bit lower if you are brand new to teaching.
