if you read Jonh 13:21 and on, you will see that the loved diciple was at Jesus shoulder, the Peter was closer to him. He gave the wet bread to Judas as a signal that he was the one to turn him in. this means he was further away in the table. Jesus had to get up to give the bread to him. The especific seat is not identified in the gospel.
