For a short time while touring, Jason Everman played guitar in addition to Cobain.
Pat Smear also played live with Nirvana a few times, you can see him on MTV Unplugged. I think Kurt actually asked him to join the band once but he declined. Don't quote me on that though.
Dale Crover who I'm pretty sure is a drummer for the Melvins also played with the band while they were still getting started, back in the late 80's. He drummed on a couple demos for them as well as on 'Floyd the Barber', 'Paper Cuts', and 'Downer', all three of these appearing on Bleach.
