I think that Alex will win since she is the MAIN character. Also Justin already lost the first competition in the Wizards of Waverly Place movie. Lastly Max is not ready and does not take his magic as serious as Alex and Justin.

As the Anonymous said that they will Tie, that has a possibility because it is Disney Channel and they don't want kids to get sad because their favorite character didn't win. Reasons why they need to all keep their powers: Justin's hard work that he has put through would all be gone. He had his independent stud and all the spells he has learned. Alex needs to win because she can't be with her boyfriend because he is a werewolf. Max needs to win because he needs the powers like his Uncle. Also, ~paigielovestao~ maybe also correct because Alex is the main character.

Alex. You may think she is behind on her wizardry but she saved the world from the angels of darkness and was wizard of the year. She went back when she broke a wizard rule and went to level 1 but she went up a few for saving the world, more then justin and just over max. Although i said alex, it PROBABLY is her though.

Justin was the one that won the competition however he couldn't accept it because his leg got caught in a tree root and Alex was in the lead however she came back to help him. Because of this, they awarded her the powers.
