In late game drow ranger owns, so you obviously need some heroes that can stun and stop her casting spells, so anti-mage or stone giant could possibly beat her. Any hero can beat Drow Ranger. As long as the hero will bully her, she will have a hard time leveling up. I suggest that you should use Windrunner against her. Agreed, any hero can beat drow ranger as long as she didn't get the right items. Also, it depends on the player that controls the drow ranger.
