Edward, somewhat only because he's a vampire and Jacob's a werewolf. If they were both human (besides the fact that Edward would be dead.....) they might have been friends. THAT IS ONLY A THEORY.
all the vampire's. they are natural enemies. because a vampire cant be a werewolf and a vampire.
