Who does Elena choose at the end of midnight?

the book series is still going on right now, but we can all assume, that even though she loves both of them, she is going to choose stefan. (personally i think she should choose damon! hes awesomee)

She chooses Stefan. Elena admits she loves Damon but her love for Stefan is more deeper then words can express. Stefan is her soul-mate, her one and only. Damon also realizes he loves Bonnie and finally is able to let Elena go.

Sorry, but she didn't choose Stefan. She hasn't the opportunity to choose because Damon dies. She loved both brothers. She was born to love Stefan but when she grew up, she changed to love Damon.

Also, Damon does not love Bonnie. He cares for her, yes, and he died to save her, but because she is a friend. If you read the book again, you will see that Damon told Elena he loves her at the end when he is very bad.

Elena loves Damon, and he loves her. Elena says she doesn't not want to live in a world without Damon. Come on, she loves him!

At the end of Midnight Elena doesn't really choose either, however she admits to everyone that she loves Damon, which shocks Stefan how much they loved each other and he says that he didn't realise he was holding them back from being together.
