Depends on the make and model of both cars. The most important thing to watch is the amount of bolts and the distance between them.
Alloy wheels are no longer the most common wheels that are found on cars. Alloy wheels actually have lost popularity and were last popular in the 1960s.

As with most toys, there is an expensive and a cheaper form of the toy. Try looking at websites such as Amazon and sort the Hot Wheels cars by price.
Most cars and trucks there are 4, some larger pick-up trucks have 6.
Not necessarily. Most modern solar cars use their solar panels to charge huge battery banks, which, in turn, power the wheels. These batteries act as voltage regulators for the motors, allowing them to maintain their assigned speed regardless of the immediate amount of sunlight being collected. So, technically the only time when the amount of sunlight collected would directly influence the maximum speed of the vehicle would be if the batteries were completely dead. In that case, the maximum speed of the wheels would be proportional to the amount of solar energy captured. But only until the power required by the motors became less then the output of the solar panels. This would start re-charging the batteries, giving the motors some extra energy to apply towards maintaining their speed.
Not all cars will look the same. Most cars will have 4 wheels, 2 to 4 seats, and at least 4 windows.
