B12 is mentioned by most nutritionists.

Protein and calcium, although not vitamins, are available in less quantities in vegan food.

I'm a vegetarian so I would highly recommend B12 and Vitamin D. Be sure to take in enough proteins and calcium so you don't become malnourished as well.

Vitamin B12 is a nutrient of concern for many vegans. Vitamin B12 is made by bacteria in the large intestines of animals, but is absorbed in the small intestine, which happens to be "upstream." Animals ingest B12 either by eating the flesh of other animals (where the vitamin is stored) or by eating unwashed vegetables that have been grown in manure.

Most vegans get vitamin B12 through fortified foods, such as fortified soy milk or nutritional (brewer's) yeast, or by taking supplements.
