Sitting at a desk all day can lead to a very stressful, and often tension inducing daily lifestyle. Try buying a stressball, or grip bar, both provide the same function and allow you to work you're forearm and grip strength while sitting at you're desk. If possible try to get up every once in a while and do some basic stretching, or perform concentrated breathing exercises.
