I think Gold temple of Amritsar is the largest gurudwara in India. The golden temple itself is actually probably one of the smallest Gurdwaras in India; but the complex as a whole (which includes the Akal Takht, the langar halls, the pool, and various other buildings) probably is the biggest in India.
Aksharadham is not the biggest hindu temple because the followers of their deity are not hindus. The biggest hindu temple is probably the Brihadeeshwara Temple in Thanjavvur, Tamilnadu.
