∙ 12y agoin my opinion beef is better because i think it is more healthy it taste dbetter than pork and definetly liver + santa clause likes beef to he told me last year he crawled under the Christmas tree

∙ 14y agoUse livers to make pate on toast as an appetizer. Sauteed the livers with onions and garlic. Mix it in the food processor with fresh herbs. Fold in chopped boiled eggs. Serve with crackers.
