A superconductor is a material with extremely low resistance to an electrical current. Many are metals or the like which have been supercooled to temperatures approaching absolute zero.

Examples are Mercury, lead and tin

A conductor is a substance that either conducts electricity or allows it to pass through it. Iron (or any metal) is an example of a conductor because you can transmit electricity through it.
