There are so many enzymes working throughout the body it is hard to list them all. But here's the IMPORTANT THREE.

Amylase: Converts starch (like potatoes) into sugars.

Present in the salivary glands (the mouth), the pancreas and the small intestine

Protease: Converts Proteins into Amino Acids

Present in the stomach (it's also known as Pepsin there) and also the pancreas and small intestine.

Lipase: Converts fats into Glycerol and Fatty Acids

Present in The pancreas as small intestine.
