Well, as I write this just past mid-November 2012, it remains Spain who won the last Davis Cup tie - in 2011.
However, the Spanish team of 2012, have their backs to the wall at present in the 2012 Final Day, as they are trailing the Czech Republic by 2 rubbers to 1, the Czechs having just won the doubles leg of the final.
If player reputations continue to hold true, in less than 12 hours from now, the Czech Republic will be the new nation holding aloft the Davis Cup - 2012.
