Chevy TrailBlazer has such comfortable seats!!!! We had one as a hire car when we were in Florida and OH MY GOD it was so comfortable!!! More so than my dads Range Rover! However, most comfortable back seat car I've ever been in has got to be the '08 Dodge Charger we hired in Florida, so comfortable!
What is comfortable to me or anyone else may not be comfortable to you. Go out there and sit in the ones you are considering, drive them, and then make a decision.

The Lexus RX 350.
Many midsize SUVs have six to eight seats, most including a third row of seats in the middle of the vehicle, between the front two seats and the back row. These are normally used to accomodate larger families or groups travelling together.
SUV's and trucks would be most comfortable for a person who has long legs, but if you specifically want a car, it would be best to go with a sedan. The larger sedans that have more room would be Buick, Ford, and even some Toyota's. Dodge also has great models to choose from for larger sedans.
