Some from Germany, (xmas tree, advent calendar, tinsel, bauble).

Father Christmas (St. Nicholas) is Scandanavian.

Some are from America (Santa Claus, Rudolph from May Corp, ad campaigns)

Turkey is obviously from America, traditionally in UK it was Goose before Turkey.
