I just saw the commercial and logged in to know if my assumption was true. My wife was hesitant to believe that It was shot in Punta del Este, Uruguay. I am 100% certain that it was filmed by the sea port, playa mansa and Jose Ignacio!!! I grew up vacationing there. It took me the first shot by the water and the light tower to realize it....I am truly amazed how marketing is out sources just any where in the world and film in any locations around the world!! An example are car commercials most of them are filmed in some European city! Going back to this commercial if anybody can prove me wrong go ahead but I am very positive about it was film in this beautiful place of the globe!!! It is more I have been in every single location of were the commercial was shot!!!!
