The windshield washer pump on a 99 F-250 is under the battery. The battery has to be removed to see the pump.

A 99 7.3 F250 just has a fuel filter on top of the motor.
It should be in the fender wall behind or near to the reservoir. I have a 99 that needs replacing but I haven't attempted yet. Good Luck!
I have a 305-70-16 on my stock 99 f250 diesel.
Well, if it is like a '99 Explorer, it has one pump that has reversing current controlled by two relays . Access the relay box by removing air cleaner top and hose near right front corner. The front and rear washer relays are the two near the rear of the box. One of the two is sticking or has corroded terminals. You can use the horn or a/c relay from the relay and fuse box near the battery. Neither front or rear washers work
not one
I have a '99 Dodge Caravan, and the WW pump is located at the bottom of the WW tank. I presume it is the same on a '96. But the problem I have is that I do not know how to remove the WW tank (it leaks badly). Any suggestions? 1999 Dodge Gr. Caravan WW pump is at the bottom of the WW tank accessed by removing right front wheel and wheel well plastic liner 1966 likely same.
Yes they will. As long as it is an f-250 or greater and the a 150. 99-07 are the same pattern. early 99's are different.
