Answer the water pump for my '98 2.5 V-6 is just above the main pully (the big one). The strange part was that it does not have an external belt, the timing belt is the drive.
The water pump is inside the passenger side of the engine, driven by the timing belt on either available engine.

I'm not real sure about a 1995 Sebring, but on my 1999 Sebring it is located on the left side (Driver's side) of the dash board. There is a panel that you pull off and there they are. If it's not there, then look in the owner manual for the location. If you don't have an owners manual, you should be able to get a .pdf one off the Internet.
