Where is the the horn and Cigarette lighter fuse located on the fuse box of a 2000 JXI Convertible Sebring?

On the 1999 JXi it is fuse number 8 (not sure about the 2000), in the fuse compartment which is on the passenger side end of the dash. Open the driver door, kneel down next to the car, look just below the dash, just inside where the inside of the door would be when closed. On the '99, there is a panel with a built in "grip" that you pull on to remove the panel, revealing the fuse panel.
On the inside of this cover door there is a diagram of all the fuses.
My '99 uses a 20 amp mini fuse (yellow). CORRECTION!! I meant to say the fuse panel is on the DRIVER end of the dash, NOT the passenger end. Sorry.
