I had to replace mine and it was under the car on the passenger side between the firewall and the transmission. It is quite easy to change
*WARNING* when you take it out be sure to have something to catch the Transmission Fluid. After all the research I did and mechanics I talked to I was not told of this happening until I changed it. Over all its not hard to change but again when you pull it out transmission fluid will come pouring out!!!! Let me know if this helps or not.
