obd dlc (on board diagnostic data link connector) should be on the driver side under dash on either left or right side of steering wheel. 1996 federal guidelines require dlc to be with in 1 foot of center of vehicle.
The Sebring coupe has it right next to the center console. just look up the dash.
According to the sebring manual the convertible has it on the left side of the of the driver.
