The 1991 Taurus has the old OB1 system. The data connector is at the firewall
( under hood )on the passenger side. It consists of a 6 pin connector and a single pin self test connector. This vehicle can be self tested through the check engine light. You will need a manual for the procedure.

The diagnostic port on a 94 Ford Taurus is located under the hood near the firewall usually on the driver's side. Ford started producing the Taurus in 1985.

In the 2000 Ford Taurus the low side freon port when facing the car from the front is on the left side fire wall. It may have a blue or black cap.
