I wasn't aware that there was a middle oxygen sensor. I have a 1997 Villager that was vandalized and the catalytic converter and O2 sensors were stolen. From what my mechanic tells me and Auto Zone there are only 2 sensors, one in front of the catalytic converter and one behind it.
The oxygen sensors are in the exhaust pipes on most models.
O2 sensors are always located on the exhaust system.

The cam sensor on a 1996 Mercury Villager cost about $35 to $40. The sensor is actually manufactured by a Nissan subsidiary.
the sensor on the 3.3l mucury villager is integrated into the distributor
There are two, on in front of the converters near the engine, and one after the converters, roughly under the passenger seat.
Unplug the sensor and unscrew it from the exhaust pipe. You'll probably need a special socket to do it without damaging the wires.
There is no such part.
No, there is not.

If you mean the fuel level sensor it's in the fuel tank.
The speed sensor is at the top rear of the transmission housing.
