I belive its on the driver side of the block (kinda looks like an oil sender only bigger around) I don't think the 5.0L has a knock sensor.
The 1994 Lexus electronic ignition fuse is located in the fuse box. The electronic ignition fuse will be in the first column, third from the top.

Actually , it doesn't have a distributor , it is EDIS ( Electronic Distributorless Ignition System )
It's incorporated in the turn signal stalk.
I don't think your car has a distributor cap. I believe it has an electronic ignition and only has an ignition coil to deliver spark to the plugs. Where this is located, I do not know.
