Where is the fuse panel on a 2004 F-150 and what fuse controls the reverse lights?

According to the owners manual fuse # 10 or 14 controls the reverse lights. Unfortunatel, I am having trouble locating the fuse panel to solve the same problem. If you know where the fuse panel is located let me know.
