Below & to the left of the steering wheel, behind an access panel.2 screws to remove. I thought it was overkill the first time I looked. Ford must be worried someone will break in & steal your fuses?!? ++ Answer ++ Below & to the left of the steering wheel, there is a handle that says pull for fuse panel, pull it. It might be stuck so after u pull it just help it down a little bit.
