Where is the fuse panel on 98 Ford Expedition 4x4 XLT for the compressor for the air shocks?

The fuse panel is the same one under the hood and one one under the instrument panel drivers side. If you are refering to the on/off switch for the air ride, it should be behind the passenger side kick panel.
