There are 2 one is under the drivers dash and one is under the hood on the same side as the battery.
to open:
the one under the driver's dash, inside the car, is on the left hand (kickpanel?)- the vertical piece of plastic in front of the door. just above the release for the hood is the fuse panel. (it's small.) pull it back toward the door and the cover will come off with diagram inside.
the fuse panel in the engine compartment has 4 clips. Squeeze them together with two hands. then you can gently pull the cover up and off. the fuse puller is in this box. it's white.
