There is no distributor per say. It is electronically controlled and each plug has its own coil pack that emits a spark.
And each coil pack fires two cylinders which is why you see the wires going towards the cyclinders closest to the firewall.
no
No
No it does not.
It doesn't have a typical distributor. It has a (DIS) distributorless ignition system.
it doesnt have one
The low pressure ac port is on the left side of the engine compartment. It is under the air hose that goes from the air filter to the engine.
there is not one. it is computer run thru cam shaft sensor and crankshaft sensor. but no distributor.
There is a black plastic cap to the right of the manifold (or to the left of the battery). It has a plastic bolt on the top of the cap. Very difficult to get off.
it is right next to the alternator an that is located on the passenger side under the hood behind the head light and has blue are turqusie cap that has l are c its the size of a nickel
you dont have a distributor cause it is electronically distributed wich means that the computer does it
Hi, I might be wrong but I don't think you will find a distributor cap on any vehicle manufactured in 2003; ie, they would all have electronic ignitions by that time. Ray
It actually doesn't have a distributor , so there is no distributor cap The 4 cylinder has a coil pack and the V6 engine is Coil On Plug ( C.O.P. )
