Where is the Cigarette lighter fuse location vw transporter 2007?

This fuse is located in the dash fuse box. Upper fuse box, top row, 3rd from the left, a blue 15 amp fuse. On the recent models of the VW Transporter TDI Diesel for example, the Fuse is 3 from the right hand end. Same row, same box, same colour/rating.
