it is on the back of the transaxle of the transmission its an oval piece with a two part wire going into it.

The VSS (Vehicle Speed Sensor) moniters the speed of the vehicle.
I have a 91 s10 and it has a speed sensor. It is located at the rear of the tranny on the drivers side
oN THE 91 FORD CROWN VICTORIA YOU WILL LOCATE THE SPEED SENSOR ON THE DRIVERS SIDE OF THE TRANSMISSION ON THE TAIL SHAFT.
On my 94, (same engine) the belt broke and when it was replaced (big job) it ran just fine.
under left side fender in engine compartment will be 3 or 4 square relays there one is fuel pump relay. check manual to see which one
