Ice cave or Icefall Cave is located on Four Island you will need Surf to reach the cave. Head to Four Island and go to the right you will find some water to Surf on go up and the cave will be right their. Inside you can find HM07 which contains Waterfall use this move to climb the waterfall at the start of the cave and you will find Lorelei she will ask for your aid against the Rocket's do so then speak to Lorelei then leave the cave. Since you completed this you can now enter the cave called Dotted Hole on Six Island.

β 12y agoIf you want to level them up for the Pokemon League, you could go to Victory Road or Sky Pillar. If you want to make them level 60+ after completing the Pokemon League, you could always battle the Elite Four over and over. :)

β 9y agoThere are many good places to level up in Pokémon LeafGreen. Caves can be good places to level if you have something that is effective against rock and ground.

β 13y agoBattling Gym leaders is a good way to level up pokemon.Gym leaders will give you a badge so you can use HM's and TM's also they will reward you with alot of money and XP!
