in the swamp area in mire knoll you can get the goal but u need to have it unlocked and u need to be heatproof when u get the goal he will give u the idea and the Chillstone and Heatstone u go to ur sphere click on the ideas in ur goodies bag click on the crock pot take it out and set it in ur sphere and then and the advanced food and either a Chillstone or Heatstone and then just wait until it is done cooking
