The individual who posted a question is identified in the Question history. You have to sign in to Wiki s to check a question's Question history. If the question has been combined with others in a Merge, then that information is no longer accessible.

How do you find out who asked a certain question on Answers.com?

Who Asked the Question? To find out who asked a specific question, do the following:At the top of the blue box on the left-hand side of the page, you will see "Question tools" (under the "Hi [username]" when they are logged in).Click on "Question history." This will give you information such as who asked the question; who made an edit to the question or the answer; who added to the answer; who answered the question; or if an answer was reverted by a supervisor. (Note that the username of each person modifying the question or answer is given as a link to that person's profile.)If you scroll down to the earliest entry of the "Question history," it will show whether the person asked the question anew, or split it off from a different question. What is a split?A "split" means that the question was originally asked as an alternate, and then split off to be a primary question. If that is the case - and you want to see which user added the alternate in the first place - you must go to the question that it was split from and look through the alternates.

How do find and follow people on this website?

Every contribution is recorded. You can find who asked and edited question and posted and edited answers at the history of every question. Every member's name on WikiAnswers is a link to their profile page. At the profile pages, you have the option to follow members.

How do you find out the user name of the person who asks a question on answers.com?

If the question has not been answered and you are signed in as a real user, click Question History. If the question has been answered, this information will already be at the bottom of the answer window. It will tell you either the user name or the IP address of the person that asked the question. In the case of this question, for instance, the questioner is jodestar70, and the first answerer is me, alex146. Actually, the first answerer was 202.45.119.17, but I deleted that answer because it was an inappropriate answer.

Where do you find out when a question was asked?

If you look at your contributions (in your profile page) each answer or question is 'time-stamped' at the time it was posted.

How do you track who asked a question on Answers.com and see what other questions that user has asked?

To find who asked a question, click on 'Question history' under 'Question tools' in the blue toolbar to the left. The very last name on the list should be who asked the question. If you click on their name, then under 'recent contributions' on their profile click 'see all', you should end up with a list of their contributions. From there, beside 'filter by', click 'action' and select 'questions asked. Click 'go'.

Where do you find the answer to a question you ask here?

Go to your profile - click the 'see all' link at the bottom of the 'recent contributions' box. Once there - use the filter to find 'questions (asked)' - then simply select the relevant question from the list. That will show your question(s) - and any answer that's been given.

Is the guy that answered Will inorganic objects be able to move in 3010 a real scientist?

It would be more helpful if you asked a specific question about science, rather than enquiring about the biography of whoever answered that previous question; you can look at his or her profile yourself and find out just as much as we can. Or ask this person directly by means of private message.

How do you find out about the question you already asked?

You can retype your question and then see if there is an answer for it

How do you find the answer to your question you asked?

Easiest way. Go to the blue sidebar. Click on "my contributions". Filter to questions asked. You will find your question and hopefully the answer to it there.

How do you ask a question if there is no question to be asked but you have a question?

If you have a question, but there is no question to be asked, then something is wrong... either language skills are lacking, so that you can't put the question you have into words in order to ask it, or something is wrong with your ability to ask a question. Maybe a software problem? ... Not sure why you would find yourself in a position where you could say "there is no question to be asked." What I would say is to ask your question whatever way you can. If you have to do it in person, or draw it, or find a new site, or whatever is making it so there is no question to be asked... find a way to ask your question anyway. If the question you want to ask does not exist on the database then go ahead and ask the question in the box above where it says ''Ask us anything''.

Where can you find an answer to a question you asked an hour ago?

If the question has been answered, you will find it under the original question you asked. If you want faster answers, you can try asking the same question in different ways, sometimes someone has already asked the same question and received an answer already.
