The only dangerous creature at Weddell sea that I know of is found when diving down with Hayako to find the "Ancient Ice." The coordinates for the Ice are given as icebergs A-s2230 and A-s2231, and once you find the Ice, there is a Great White Shark in the way. Apparently, according to Jean-Eric, these creatures can be found at these depths so once you pulse it, you can grab the ice and go. Hope this helps!
