Most commonly the problem is the driver side memory seat module. I would recommend disconnecting the battery for a few minutes, let the modules "flash" and reconnect the battery. If this doesnt solve your problem, the scope may be beyond the reach of a common backyard mechanic. A TECHII handheld would be most the appropriate to diagnose.
