You can do a search for 'Food Network Canada'. On the left upper screen type -egg rolls, and you'll be taken to a list of egg rolls, some of which use bean sprouts.
You can buy egg roll wraps (or make your own with flour and water) Then you mix letttuce, carrots (Shredded), and sour cream. (andwhatever else you want inside) Next you put the mix in the egg roll wrap. Then you roll it up real tight. Place water on the edges to seal it closed. Then you place them in a pot of boiling oil. Fry them until they get brown and crsipy.
